Erin did a great job as the Creative Director of the eBay Fashion app. The goal was to create an app that looked amazing and was easy to use and we accomplished that. Erin was a joy to work with and did a fantastic job of listening to ideas and incorporating feedback into her designs.

I worked with Erin closely in the experimentation platform, she managed the design team in charge of designing beautiful experiences for internal applications. Erin has excellent product instinct - a great trait in a designer. She nailed our designs with very few revisions needed. She is professional and a great communicator all around - highly recommended.

Erin and I both managed teams which had some overlap and required coordination. She was always responsive when there were issues that needed to be resolved or planning/coordination that needed to happen. We were always able to get successful results and, thanks to Erin's prompt feedback, we were able to do so with minimal disruption.

Erin efforts at World Golf Tour helped lay the foundation of what the game is today. Her early work developing the design of WGT and even integrating of in-game assets in those early days defined WGT's style in both the game and the web site.

Erin's later work designing the chat client widget was an ambitious and impressive design. The challenging task of taking on of WGT's award system was executed very well as she sought out the talent to create the assets, directed the design, and helped integrate what came out to be nearly 600 pieces of award art.

Erin is a dedicated worker, has a wonderful eye for design, has a vast knowledge of Adobe Flash, and she is a pleasure to work with.

I got the pleasure of working in the same team with Erin during her time at LinkedIn. During her time here she handled communication between the external agencies and in-house designers. She made the process of handing over assets easy and stress free. Along with that, she provided great feedback for what needed to be delivered.

In the project that I worked with Erin on, she lead both the interaction and visual design for an ambitious new online platform for selling luxury goods. Erin demonstrates exceptional and deep understanding of the user's needs and how the business can achieve success by meeting those demands. As we developed the product, she adapted quickly to changing requirements and was able to present creative, workable solutions fast. When the product needed enhancements (based on business requirements and usability testing), she drew from her extensive knowledge of web design standards and practices to come up with solutions that fit within budget and time constraints -- without limiting further development of the product. Intuitive and detail-oriented (yes, she knows that 6 pixels can make a big difference), Erin is a talented design leader who can guide any web design effort to success.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Erin for little over a year on the Helpcenter Ikea project. Her eye for design, personal coaching and positive management attitude made her a pillar for the team to turn to in uncertain waters.
